Business Monthly for Month Commencing: Thursday 01 April 2021

   Aries Thursday 01 April 2021  Mar 21 - Apr 19
It might feel like you are losing your motivation but it’s a much needed chance to slow down and even pull over into the slow lane. That doesn’t mean that professionally things will slow down and more that the same effort isn’t required in order to keep the wheels turning. However, this is a much needed chance to come down from the high energy of recent months if not years, with specific points in the month when you are able to give both job and career matters some additional juice. Those times will be when the Moon moves through your career sector from 3rd April to 6th April and again when it moves through your work sector from 23rd April to 25th April. In the former case, as the Moon moves through it will align with Pluto as it has done since the planet of change and revolution returned in 2008 and will do until he leaves in 2024. This is when you should get a sense that the urgency is dropping back, for this is the Moon’s last visit before Pluto turns retrograde on 28th April. It was only in December that Saturn wrapped up a three year visit and it wasn’t until February that the last of the faster planets left, allowing things to defuse and settle. Now that Pluto is moving into his annual review phase, his first on his own since 2017 that you can finally relax. Meanwhile, the Moon’s return to your work sector from 23rd April to 25th April will have even wider implications, creating what could be some important, exciting or pivotal days across the income, work and career fronts. As well as giving you an intuitive read on work and job matters and acting as a trigger, the Moon will form a friendly aspect to Pluto in his final days in direct motion but also to the Sun, Venus and Mercury in their early days in your income sector. This comes just days into what could be some of the most potentially lucrative weeks of the year, with the Moon able to act as a trigger across the income, work and career fronts.

   Taurus Thursday 01 April 2021  Apr 20 - May 20
When Mercury left your career sector last month, he was the last planet to leave and this finally brought the more mundane job of getting your new professional year up to speed to a close. The Sun will always return to your career sector in January and Mercury and Venus will return at around the same time, making January and February the most active months of any year on the career front. This happens year after year and is a vital part of getting each new professional year up to speed. The reason that this extended into March is that while Mercury returned in early January for what should have been a two week visit, a retrograde phase kept him here for over two months. If this was any other year, Mercury’s departure last month would have left your career sector empty until the Sun returned again next January. However, this is not any other year as it was just before Christmas that Jupiter and Saturn returned, something that is not part of the annual pattern and with an agenda that was bigger than just getting this new professional year up to speed. This is Saturn’s first visit in three decades, Jupiter’s first visit in 12 years and the first time the two most powerful planets in the solar system have been here at the same time in six decades. With Saturn here until 2023 and Jupiter spending the first and last five months of 2021 here, with Mercury gone the focus now shifts to the big picture. However, this is not just Saturn and Jupiter’s first full month on their own but their last together for now. Jupiter will leave next month, rushing through in less than five months something that will normally take him 12 months. As the planet of luck and expansion, Jupiter is free to race ahead and seek out openings and opportunities, knowing that Saturn will stay on to help you work on things. Jupiter will retrograde back in to spend the last five months of 2021 here, but in this first full month, for now, he is focused on embracing any opportunities that move while Saturn will stay on to help you work through them. The Moon’s return from 6th April 8th April will give you a read on both. Meanwhile, the Moon’s return to your work sector from 25th April to 27th April could trigger unexpected developments on the job front.

   Gemini Thursday 01 April 2021  May 21 - Jun 21
Starting the month with the Moon in your career sector is giving you a chance to tease out the remaining opportunities and options from the Sun’s month long visit, which ended on 20th March. Held back by a retrograde phase in February, Mercury was late returning to your career sector this year and therefore late to leave, buying you some additional days to keep your head in the game, ideas on the table and the communication lines open. Staying on after the Sun and Venus left and with your options and intentions exposed, Mercury can tie up loose ends and as the planet of communication and smart thinking, focus on the ‘when, where and how’. The Moon will move through from 8th April to 10th April and as well as fuelling your professional instincts and imagination and delivering valuable clues, hunches and insights, this will be a chance to regroup after Mercury’s departure on 4th April. Pivotal to that will be an alignment with Neptune, with the planet of dreams the planet that will keep you motivated and the rest of this professional year on track, something he has done since his return in 2012 and he will continue to do until leaving in 2026. Meanwhile, while there will be continuous planetary activity on the career front all year and Neptune will help to keep the professional dream alive and the wheels turning, with no planetary activity on the job front it is the Moon that will play a pivotal role this month. The month begins with the Moon in your work sector but he will leave on 1st April. This will allow you to begin the month with an intuitive read on work and job matters, as well as potentially acting as a trigger. The Moon will form a friendly aspect to Mercury in his final days in your career sector, creating a positive start to the month on the job and career fronts. However, it is when the Moon comes full circle and returns to your work sector on 27th April that this could have wider implications, including across the income, work and career fronts. Along with the extra momentum that a Full Moon can bring, the Moon will not only form a friendly aspect to Neptune in your career sector but to Mars, who will return to your income sector on 23rd April to begin the most lucrative months of 2021.

   Cancer Thursday 01 April 2021  Jun 22 - Jul 22
The focus is always going to be on career and professional matters at this time of year, with the Sun always spending the first three weeks of April in your career sector. This is when the solar spotlight is always on your career and professional situation, matters and options. This makes this the ordinary annual update that career matters and your professional year, in general, gets at this time every year. This makes this part of the ordinary pattern of every professional year but four factors set this apart from other years. The first is that it was in early January that Mars wrapped up a nearly seven month visit, his longest in 32 years, leaving you with a lot of momentum and untapped professional potential. The second factor is that the dwarf planet Ceres is making her first visit in four years and this is the last full month of a three month mission to update your professional needs and priorities. Ceres returned in February, a month after Mars left and before the Sun returned, giving you time to regroup after Mars left and to start this next chapter with a better sense of your professional needs and priorities. The third factor is how closely the Sun, Venus and Mercury are working together. While all three return at around the same time, last year Venus had been and gone by the time the Sun returned and Mercury only returned during the Sun’s final days here. They were never a tight unit. That is not the case this year, with the Sun having returned on 20th March, Venus less than 48 hours later and Mercury will return on 4th April. With Venus here until 15th April, Mercury until 19th April, the Sun until 20th April and all three here for a New Moon on 12th April, all your resources are in the same place at the same time. The fourth factor is that while there is always planetary activity on the career front at this time of year it is rare to have any in your work sector. With the asteroid Juno in your work sector until November, the South Node all year and the Sun, Venus and Mercury all moving into a positive aspect to both, this should be a good month for job and career matters.

   Leo Thursday 01 April 2021  Jul 23 - Aug 22
With Uranus in your career sector from 2019 to 2026 and Pluto in your work sector from 2008 to 2024, there is continuous planetary activity in your two professional houses all year. However, there are times when things are a lot busier on either or both fronts and over recent months it has been more a case of the latter. While Jupiter and Saturn left your work sector in December, the last of the faster planets only left in February. March was Pluto’s first full month on his own here since 2017 and at the same time that he was coming down off the rush of recent months, the same was happening on the career front. It was just a week into 2021 that Mars, held back by a retrograde phase and ready to make up for lost time, returned to your career sector to fire things up. Mars’ eight week visit only ended in early March, just when Pluto was ready to pull things back on the job front as well. This is where things stand at the start of the month, with Uranus on his own in your career sector but playing a long game, Pluto doing the same on the job front but slowing down ahead of a retrograde turn on 28th April. However, while this will see the pace on the job front level off to the degree it will stay for the rest of the year, a second wave of activity is about to begin on the career front. It will begin with Venus’ return to your career sector on 15th April, six weeks to the day since Mars left and with just enough time to let things play out from his time here. This will be followed by Mercury’s return on 19th April and then the Sun’s return on 20th April. As they move through the Sun, Mercury and Venus will not only focus on their own game but will align with Uranus and form a friendly aspect to Pluto. This will be a chance to draw on everything that has transpired until now while bringing in new opportunities and options. At the same time, when the Moon moves through your work sector from 3rd April to 6th April it will do the same, as will be the case when it moves through your career sector from 13th April to 15th April. Job and career matters are intrinsically linked with the Moon, Sun, Venus and Mercury helping to bridge the two.

   Virgo Thursday 01 April 2021  Aug 23 - Sep 22
The Sun doesn’t return to your career sector until May each year and that is the month when career matters normally get off the ground and at the same time, as he moves through your work sector in January and February, this is usually a quiet month on both fronts. Three months separate the Sun’s departure from your work sector in February and his return to your career sector in May and while Venus and Mercury can return a few weeks earlier or stay on a few weeks later, blurring the lines a little, not to the degree that we see this month. The Sun will always leave your work sector three weeks into February and it is impossible for Venus or Mercury to still be here as you move into April and they’re not. Instead, you move into April with Jupiter and Saturn in your work sector and as they are not part of the normal pattern, with the faster planets gone, this is when it becomes clear that this is no ordinary year. Mercury was late to leave but did leave last month, making this Saturn and Jupiter’s first full month here on their own in six decades. With Saturn here until 2023 and Jupiter spending the first and last five months of 2021 here, this is the start of something much bigger. Jupiter will leave next month but return at the end of July and as the planet of luck and expansion, his job this month is to get as many options on the table as possible, with Saturn able to work on them over the coming months. Meanwhile, while the focus on work and job matters never did come to an end, career matters aren’t waiting for the Sun’s return either. It was early last month that Mars returned for his first visit to your career sector in two years and until leaving on 23rd April, he is firing up your professional passions, fighting and competitive spirit as well as creating new pathways and opportunities that the planets returning next month can then explore. The Moon’s return to your career sector from 15th April to 18th April will give you a better read on Mars’ final days, with your professional instincts and imagination merging with his passions, drive, competitive and warrior spirit.

   Libra Thursday 01 April 2021  Sep 23 - Oct 23
This is a month of three parts and by the end of the month, this will have flipped the focus and the dynamics of this professional year completely. The month begins with Mercury in his final days in your work sector, where he is helping you to work smarter, get your head in the game, ideas on the table and the communication lines open. Mercury returned just four days before the Sun left your work sector on 20th March and Venus less than 48 hours later. Held back by a retrograde phase, Mercury was late to return this year so is therefore late to leave, with a chance to tie up loose ends before he too leaves on 4th April. This marks the end of the first part of the month in terms of professional influence. Until then, in the final days of an annual focus on work and job matters, you are focused on the details that will give you a blueprint and momentum for the rest of the year. With that done you enter the second part of the month, which is when Neptune is back on his own in your work sector and as the only planet in either of your two professional houses, this is when the focus shifts onto the journey and on keeping the wheels turning. With the Sun not returning to your career sector until the June solstice, this part should run for months and not the 19 days that it will run. Everything will not only roar back into life on 23rd April but on a completely different front, with Mars returning to your career sector two months before new doors will usually open here. With Neptune on his own now and settled in a pace that he will maintain on the job front, this will see work and job matters settle back and career matters accelerate. This is Mars’ first visit to your career sector in nearly two years, with the warrior planet returning to fuel your passions, drive, competitive and warrior spirit. While the Sun, Venus and Mercury return every year for the annual review that career matters get, Mars’ first visit since 2019 is the first chance since then to really rev things up.

   Scorpio Thursday 01 April 2021  Oct 24 - Nov 21
The focus will always be on work and job matters at this time of year, due to the fact that the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of April in your work sector. This year there are two layers to what is happening, one the ordinary layer and the other full of factors that makes this year different and gives it its own flavour. No two years are ever the same and while the solar spotlight might move onto your work situation, matters and options at this time of year, what it reveals will differ from year to year. This year, in addition to that, there are factors that are giving you an advantage and they can be boiled down to three main factors and they basically history, preparation and the chance to play a tight game. History, because it was in early January that Mars wrapped up a nearly seven month visit to your work sector, his longest in 32 years and things are still playing out from last year. Preparation, because you have had the dwarf planet Ceres in your work sector since February, with her first visit in four years bringing a chance to review your needs and priorities on the job front. Especially when it comes to job satisfaction and a sense of purpose. This was a chance to regroup and by the time the Sun returned on 20th March and Venus two days later, you were ready for this next phase. The last factor is the ability to play a tight game. While the Sun returns at the same time every year, Venus and Mercury will return at around the same time but to a looser schedule. Last year Venus was gone by the time the Sun even returned, while Mercury didn’t return until the Sun was about to leave, so were never here at the same time and were never closely aligned. This year, the Sun and Venus not only returned within 48 hours of each other but spent their first seven days aligned, with Mercury returning on 4th April to help you work smarter, get your head in the game, ideas on the table and the communication lines open. Until Venus leaves on 15th April, Mercury on 19th April and the Sun on 20th April they will operate as a tight unit, putting all your resources in the same place at the same time. This will be especially noticeable on the days on either side of a New Moon on 12th April.

   Sagittarius Thursday 01 April 2021  Nov 22 - Dec 21
While things will always start to move and open up on the job front in April, this year you do have a head start and the kind of momentum you wouldn’t normally expect ahead of the Sun’s return to your work sector on 20th April. The Sun returns at the same time every year, turning the solar spotlight onto your work situation and job matters in an objective way that is more about turning the lights on. It is Venus and Mercury’s return that not only brings head and mind into the game but round things off. As the planet of money, Venus’ return to your work sector on 15th April will focus more on fuelling your job confidence, attracting opportunities and steering things in a lucrative direction. On the other hand, as the planet of communication and smart thinking, Mercury will return on 19th April with the intellectually savvy edge and articulation needed to work smarter, get your head in the game, ideas on the table and the communication lines open. By the time the Sun returns on 20th April, Venus and Mercury will be here and work and job matters will be active. However, none of them will return to a cold start, thanks to Uranus and Mars. Uranus because, here from 2019 to 2016 he will keep the wheels turning all year, though usually on a slow boil. Mars is no longer in your work sector but having moved through from 7th January to 4th March, his first visit in two years has allowed the warrior planet to take things to a fast boil, which Uranus has been able to retain. Six weeks separate Mars’ departure last month and Venus’ return on 15th April. That is long enough for things to play out and some of the frantic pace Mars likes to set to ease back but not enough time for things to go off the boil. The Moon’s return from 13th April to 15th April is a chance to check in but also ensure you have an intuitive read on work and job matters when Venus, Mercury and the Sun return just days later.

   Capricorn Thursday 01 April 2021  Dec 22 - Jan 19
While the Sun won’t return to your work sector until June, as is the case each year, Mars’ return early last month has not only kicked things off early but will keep the momentum going. Mars has already been in your work sector for nearly four weeks by the time you move into the new month but until leaving on 23rd April will continue to fire things up. That includes increasing the pace and speed that things are happening at and your work passions, fighting and competitive spirit. Mars is a planet that wants to make things happen and get things down and this can create some of the busiest weeks of any year. It has been nearly two years since Mars was last here and not returning for another two years he will be working to make his remaining weeks count. With the Sun, Venus and Mercury all returning next month and in the case of the latter, returning just 11 days after Mars leaves on 21st April, Mars doesn’t have to worry about finishing what he starts. Instead, this allows Mars to use his hot headed enthusiasm to get as many options on the table as possible, knowing that you have most of May and June to tie up loose ends. The Moon will make its last visit to your work sector before Mars leaves from 15th April to 18th April. As well as giving you an intuitive read on work and job matters, an alignment with Mars will give you a better read on how to play his final days. Mars is not on his own here, with the North Node providing a constant sense of direction, something that the Moon will help to connect you to when it moves through. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity on the career front, the Moon’s return to your career sector from 25th April to 27th April is a valuable chance to check in. As the Moon will be coming full circle from last month’s Full Moon, this could see things come together in an unexpected way or simply come to fruition. The Moon will always fuel your professional instincts and imagination and act as a trigger but even more so this time.

   Aquarius Thursday 01 April 2021  Jan 20 - Feb 18
The early months of any professional year are usually quiet, with the Sun not returning to your work sector until the June solstice and planetary activity on the career front not usually starting up until October or late September at the earliest. So to move into April with no planetary activity in either of your two professional houses is what you would expect at this time of year. However, while it might be business as usual at the start of the month, with only the Moon’s monthly visits to your work and career sectors, it will be a very different story by the end of the month. Yet with that being said, the month does get off to a good start, with the Moon not only leaving your career sector on 1st April but during Mercury’s final days in your income sector. This will allow you to begin the month with your professional instincts and imagination fuelled, which is always an advantage. It is not until the Moon moves through your work sector from 18th April to 20th April that the winds of change will be unmistakable. This should and will give you an intuitive read on work and job matters, potentially act as a trigger and sharpen your over the horizon radar. It is the latter that is the game changer, for with the Sun still over a month away this shouldn’t be picking up on a sea change just days ahead. That sea change will come on 23rd April when Mars’ return to your work sector for the first time in nearly two years. A month before the Sun is due to return and with Venus and Mercury both returning before he leaves, Mars’ return will open the doors to not only some of the busiest seven weeks of the year on the job front but three months of continuous planetary activity. There have been no planets in your work sector since Venus left last September, with Mars the perfect planet to fire things up. However, the professional gods still have one more surprise up their sleeves, with the Moon not only returning to your career sector on 27th April but as a Full Moon. This could act as a catalyst across the income, work and career fronts.

   Pisces Thursday 01 April 2021  Feb 19 - Mar 20
While things are fairly low key or at least business as usual on the professional front this month, this is what you would expect at this time of year. The reality is that things are a lot more active than they should be and that is because for the first time in 17 years you have the South Node in your career sector for the whole of 2021 while the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment is here until November. It is the fact that both operate in the background, the latter to maintain a sense of conviction and the former to provide access to untapped professional potential that makes Juno and the South Node significant influences. By operating in the background and not demanding action, this is quietly and confidently keeping this professional year on track. Juno’s retrograde turn on 12th April will bring a chance to retrace your steps and when it comes to the professional game plan and resolutions you began the year with, return to the drawing board. What makes the timing auspicious is that this is not only the same day as a New Moon in your income sector but just as there is a huge amount of support from the Sun, Venus and Mercury during their final days there. Meanwhile, it is the Moon that will help you connect with both forces on the career front but also to check in with work and job matters, where there is no planetary activity. The Moon will move through your career sector from 1st April to 3rd April, allowing you to begin the month with your professional instincts and imagination fuelled from the start. In a 31 day month, this will give the Moon a chance to come full circle, returning on 29th April and allowing you to end the month how you began. It is the Moon’s return to your work sector from 20th April to 23rd April that will give you a chance to check in on work and job matters. As well as giving you an intuitive read on work and job matters, in the absence of planetary activity the Moon can act as a trigger and that includes across the income, work and career fronts.
